Thesis theme for WordPressWhile I was chasing toddlers at a gigantic playground, two extremely successful toddlers—Matt Mullenweg, the founder of WordPress, and Chris Pearson, the founder of DIYThemes and creator of the extremely popular WordPress theme Thesis—chased one another around the giant playground called Twitter.  Two very young entrepreneurs, two pioneers of the new digital marketplace that are making the word “monetize” look like “lottery,” arguing over a very important philosophical question: how should the licensing of creative work be handled in our brave new world?

Thankfully, Michelle Rafter let me know about it, and thankfully, the fabulous Andrew Warner at Mixergy got these two fellows together on a Skype conference so they could debate with more than just 140 characters per tweet:
